Thank you for shopping at HappyBunnie420.com, a GentryX Ventures LLC brand. All of our items are custom-made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand (POD) provider. Because of this fulfillment method, shipping timelines and procedures may differ from traditional retail expectations.
Please review the information below to understand how shipping works for your order.
1. Fulfillment Time
All products are made to order. This means that after your purchase is confirmed, our fulfillment partner begins production.

Please allow additional time during peak seasons, holidays, or for large orders.

You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your item ships.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping times begin after the fulfillment process is complete. Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped based on the method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery windows (after fulfillment):

Domestic orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International orders (if applicable): 7–21 business days
(Currently, we do not accept international orders, but this may change in the future.)
Please note: These are general estimates provided by our third-party shipping carriers and may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been placed and entered into production.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you have not received your tracking information within 7 business days after purchase, please contact us at gentryxventures@gmail.com and include your order number.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to sender due to an address error or delivery failure, we cannot reship it free of charge. A new order will need to be placed.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our fulfillment provider, we are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue during shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

7. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, international buyers will be responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applicable to their location.
