At HappyBunnie420, every item is made just for you. Each product is custom-made to order, which means all sales are final.

This return policy applies across all current and future sales platforms, including but not limited to:

  • HappyBunnie420.com

  • Shopify

  • TikTok Shop

  • Etsy

  • Pop-up shops

  • In-person sales

  • Any other third-party marketplace or event, worldwide

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Because your items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations—even if your order is not marked “final sale” on the website. This policy helps us maintain fair, efficient, and consistent production and fulfillment.

This includes situations such as:

  • You changed your mind

  • The item doesn’t fit as expected

  • You don’t like the color or design

  • You ordered the wrong item

Please double-check your cart before checking out—we want you to love what you order!

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at gentryxventures@gmail.com with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

We will evaluate your request and offer a replacement if the error was on our end. We do not accept returns of worn or used items.

🌍 European Union Customers

If you reside in the European Union, you may be entitled under the EU 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel or return an order for any reason. However, this does not apply to custom-made products, which all HappyBunnie420 items are.

⏱️ Default Platform Settings

Some platforms may show a default 14-day or 30-day return window. Please note that these do not override our store policy. HappyBunnie420’s official policy is strictly no returns, no exchanges, and all sales final, regardless of what any third-party platform may display.
